My extensive experience in psychiatry, social services, and municipal operations has given me deep insight into the various challenges of both private life and the workplace. I have worked extensively with children, adolescents, parents, couples, and families, as well as led change processes as a manager and leader in organizations.

Affectphobia Psychotherapy (APT):

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT):

Couples Therapy:

Family Therapy is an effective treatment method aimed at improving relationships and dynamics within families. There is robust scientific support for the use of family therapy, especially in areas such as improving communication, managing conflicts, and addressing mental health issues within the family. Family Therapy has proven to be particularly effective in strengthening emotional bonds among family members and effectively managing interpersonal conflicts. This form of therapy is also beneficial in treating adolescents with behavioral issues where the engagement of the entire family can lead to better treatment outcomes

Licensed Psychotherapist – What does it mean to be a licensed psychotherapist?
As a licensed psychotherapist, I have undergone rigorous training to ensure the delivery of professional and evidence-based psychotherapy. This accreditation guarantees compliance with the stringent standards set by the National Board of Health and Welfare, validating the knowledge and skills required to conduct psychotherapy.
Being a member of Akademikerförbundet SSR ensures a commitment to uphold patient rights and confidentiality within therapy sessions, reinforced by meeting the criteria for patient insurance.
Clinical Documentation under the Health Care Act
Integral to my practice as a licensed psychotherapist is record-keeping. Complying with the Health Care Act, I am mandated to document each session and treatment plan. Using CTNotes, these records capture insights from your visits, treatment goals, and progress, ensuring continuity and quality in the therapeutic process.
Confidentiality
Your privacy is paramount. Every insight shared in therapy is treated with utmost confidentiality, shielded by legal provisions on data protection. Your trust is sacred, and no information shared in therapy will be disclosed to any external party without your explicit consent, except as mandated by law.
Mandatory Reporting
Upholding the duty of care, I am bound by law to report any suspicions of child endangerment or immediate threats to authorities. This obligation serves to safeguard individuals in crisis and ensure they receive the necessary support and protection.
Fees and Payments
I offer sessions in person and digital
Individual Therapy:
Initial Consultation: 1250 SEK/75 min
Subsequent sessions: 1000 SEK/50 min
Couples and Family Therapy:
1250 SEK/75 min
Fee for Adult Students in secondary and tertiary education, including university and college students and psychotherapy trainees, job seekers and adults on sick leave:
600 SEK/50 min
Payment:
Payment can be made via Swish. For extended therapy packages, invoicing is available on a monthly basis.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled session. Late cancellations will incur the full session fee.
